Accuracy of Content

JoJo Hats has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.  

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your monitor may mean a slight variation.


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available, or I am unable to make them for you.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is charged at a rate of £4.50 for most items, wedding hats are £6.50 (UK only).  If you require delivery to outside the UK mainland please contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote.  


Payments are made through PayPal, we can not accept telephone payments. You do not need to have or open a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. Cheques can be accepted though we will wait till they are cleared before sending the goods. Cheques should be made payable to J.Osborne.


Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt.

Returns Policy

You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following criteria:

The buyer must inform JoJo Hats that you wish to return any goods within 14 days of receipt.

The buyer then has another 14 days in which to return the goods.

Please note that reduced sale items are non-returnable.

Goods must be returned to us fully packaged, with proof of purchase (copy of PayPal receipt), unused and in a re-saleable condition at your cost, we will then make the refund.

Your refund will be credited to you within two weeks of you returning the item back to us.

Changes to Legal Notices

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when posted on the Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the website.
