Hiya,
Your hats are enjoying Spain very much!
Was soooooooooo disappointed that you weren´t at the Pannier Market when I was last over in Blighty at Christmas. Wanted a new red rose as keep swapping the one I have on the two hats I have of yours...and desperately wanted at least one new hat to cheer me up (your hats ALWAYS cheer me up).
EVERYONE comments on your hats and I am constantly asked "Where did you get that hat?!". They also travel very well....have been squashed in suitcases and always bounce back to perfect shape.
Can´t wait to get another one.
love Kate xxx
Hello Jacqui 12th September 2008
You may remember me buying a waxed hat from you recently in Tavistock and talking about how popular they might be with lady golfers.
My hat had it's first outing today and has been much admired. I have given your details to two ladies, who I am sure will be in touch with you.

An invitation to my Godson's wedding in the City of London!
A desperate and fruitless search for a suitable hat for such a prestigious occasion. Through a recommendation by the Laura Ashley shop in Plymouth my steps eventually lead to Tavistock Market and Jacqui of JoJo hats!
What a delight and a relief it was to discover such beautiful and unusual hand made millinery made by such a charming and creative person!
As if "by magic" MY HAT was sitting right there on her stand!
The wedding was truly a wonderful event and THE HAT was much admired! - see photo! (3rd picture) I felt a million dollars in Jacqui's unique and beautiful creation! Everyone should look at her wonderful selection of merchandise which is suitable for every occasion - rain or shine. I returned after the wedding and bought one of her lovely waterproof Elizabeth hats. Its invaluable.
I wish her every success in the future in her business and will always buy my hats from her!

I first met Jacqui at the Westpoint Christmas Shopping Fayre just outside Exeter in 2008. I went with the hope of finding a hat for the winter for my walk to work & back.
When I got to her stand I was amazed at the quantity and difference in styles of hats in all colours, shapes & sizes. Her stand was mobbed. I have a large amount of hair & find it very difficult to get a hat to fit it all in. She took the trouble to take my measurements & offered to make the right hat in the right colour for me. I was a little dubious & was expecting to wait ages but within 10 days my hat dropped through the door. It fitted to perfection.
I wrote & asked her if she could do a smart hat for me also & again was so delighted with the finished hat I ordered yet another one. I have never found a hat that fits so well & would recommend her hats to anyone.

Jacqui’s hat stand at the Tavistock Pannier Market is a must to visit, for it is not only full of beautifully crafted hats for all occasions and seasons, but it also overflows with colour, texture and a wonderful vibrancy. Jacqui’s passion for her hats and designs comes across in her warm and joyous energy and she takes every care to find the perfect hat for you.
I was someone who thought they could never enjoy wearing hats due to a mass of curls, but I am delighted to say that I have found my hat - a beautiful, purple velvet ‘lizzie’ with flowers on one side and I love it. The hat fits to perfection, I adore the colour and I haven’t stopped wearing it ; and because of its gentle fit all my curls stay fine too – no more hat hair.
I can’t wait to buy some more from Jacqui and I have been busy making a shopping list from her new website. What a find for people who already know or are new to the joy of wearing hats.
Jacqui, you are a dear and sincere soul and deserve the very best of luck with ‘JoJo Hats’ - quite simply, my hat makes me feel different and beautiful.
Thank you.
